MAKALE ÖZETİ This study proposes Symbiotic AI Diagnosis, a novel conceptual framework that redefines AI in clinical decision support systems (CDSS) as both a diagnostic and educational partner. Through explainable AI (XAI), the framework establishes a bidirectional learning loop between AI and clinicians, promoting continuous learning, improved clinical reasoning, and adaptive human–AI collaboration. This learning-oriented approach has the potential to enhance transparency, diagnostic performance, and human-centered healthcare.
