Sterilization of Pharmaceutical Products

Sterilization is a physical or chemical process that eliminates or inactivates reproducible species, pathogens, and spore forms of living microorganisms on a product. Sterilization eliminates the risk of disease-causing infections and minimizes the risk of spreading infectious diseases. Sterilization processes are used in the health sector, food industry, and cosmetic product preparation. The manufacture of sterile medical products aims to minimize contamination risks.

Undergraduate Medical Education and Family Medicine Specialist Training in Germany

Many medical doctors in Turkey prefer to work abroad. The requested registration data from the Turkish Medical Association to work abroad increased from 59 in 2012 to 906 in 2019. Germany ranks one of the highest among OECD countries in immigration attractiveness for people with tertiary education. Although there are approximately 3 million Turkish-origin people in Germany, the number of Turkish-speaking physicians is low.

Comparison of Right and Left Ear Hearing of Violinists With Audiological Tests

Aim: The violin, which can produce high-intensity musical sounds, transmits more sound due to its proximity to the left ear, especially the way it is held. To determine with audiological tests whether this situation creates a significant hearing difference between both ears and to monitor if there is hearing loss and prevent it in a timely manner.

A Case of Sigmoid Volvulus Treated with Surgery in a Young Patient
