Statins are among the drugs of choice in the first-line treatment of hyperlipidemia. Rhabdomyolysis, a well-known side effect of statin therapy, is a syndrome of muscle cell necrosis and releasing cell contents into the intravenous area. Patients consult with myalgia muscle weakness and dark-colored urine complaints. It is known that advanced age, diabetes, hypothyroidism, polypharmacy, and renal failure increase the risk of statin-associated rhabdomyolysis.
Introduction: Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) causes significant impairment in daily life. Besides, the frequency of alcohol and substance use disorders (ASUD) in ADHD is all too often in the general population.
Objective: The study aims to investigate the prevalence of ADHD symptoms in childhood and adulthood as well as ADHD-related problems in patients hospitalized for civil commitment decisions due to problems related to ASUD.
Aim: Atherosclerosis is the leading cause of death worldwide. Atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease that causes significant structural and functional changes in vascular wall cells. It is known that the main cells of the vascular wall, endothelial cells, and smooth muscle cells communicate during atherosclerosis, but the mechanisms of this communication are not fully understood. PCSK9, on the other hand, is a molecule involved in the etiology of hyperlipidemia, and its levels increase in vascular wall cells during atherosclerosis, exerting direct atherosclerotic effects.

Aim: In this manuscript, the examination of independent factors for the success of IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) was aimed to be conducted. MaterialandMethods:Hormones, including Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH), Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH), the growth stages of the oocyte that turns into an embryo (total fertilized oocyte, early cleavage, etc.), the medical adjustments were included. Our dependent factor, the success of fertilization, was categorized into two groups; in other words, binary logistic regression for pregnancy success was examined.
This study investigates the application stages of current techniques in the production of maxillofacial prostheses. The application areas of computer-aided design and production in dentistry have expanded considerably in recent years. The compilation is organized as a summary of rapid prototyping production techniques, digital impression-taking, and virtual modeling and design.
Until the end of the 19th century, when artificial light sources came into use, people organized their whole life according to sunlight and spread it throughout the day. Human beings carry out their life, work, and production in indoor environments by bringing sunlight indoors as much as possible. However, today, people have to spend most of their time in closed areas without sunlight. Indoor areas where light cannot reach and artificial light sources, necessary during the night due to need, have developed over time and reached a very important level, especially in the 20th century.
