ABSTRACT Aim: It is known that epigenetic changes can affect sperm quality and fertility, and therefore it was thought that epigenetic markers could be useful for clinical evaluation of sperm. It was aimed to investigate the 3 target genes (TBL1XR1, SPATA5 and SPATA7) determined in this. In this study, epigentic markers were compared in terms of DNA methylation differences between advanced oligoasthenoteratozoospermic samples and normozoospermic samples.
