ARTICLE Post Traumatic Growth and Resilience in the Pandemic Process
ABSTRACT Apandemic is defined as theglobal spread ofa disease, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Due to the deadly consequences of the coronavirus pandemic worldwide and its rapid spread, a global pandemic was declared on March 12, 2020. Uncertainty of the process, taking decisions of quarantine and isolation, and transition to distance education have caused psychological problems such as stress, anxiety, and trauma in the society, and it is thought that the effects of these problems will have an effect for many years. The events that developed during the pandemic process affected the post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience levels of individuals. In this review, post-traumatic growth and resilience during the pandemic were evaluated in light of the literature.
