ABSTRACT Knowing the evolutionary process in surgery and operating rooms play a key role in health research and development studies and in planning the future. In particular, the discovery of anesthesia and the widespread use of anesthesia brought about the development of surgery. Until today’s surgical methods were found, serious processes were experienced. In particular, the introduction of laparoscopic surgery and robotic surgery into clinical use has led to great breakthroughs in surgical branches. The coronavirus pandemic process we are experiencing has also been an important process in terms of ensuring the adaptation of the health sector to developing environmental conditions.
